I found these great tips from Tim Ferris’ book The Four Hour Work Week. Setting your mood for the day is important first thing in the morning! Did you know that? Well before the household awakens find some quiet time by yourself with a cuppa, scripture readings, prayers. Don’t turn on the TV or the news or even the radio! Don’t open your emails! It can all wait, till you’re ready to face the world! Spend some time again last thing at night organising for the next day. Makes sense! Start today! Sometimes life changes and throws your routine out, but with a bit of effort, you can get back on track again.
- Manage Your Mood
- Don’t Check Email in The Morning
- Before You Try To Do It Faster, Ask Whether It Should Be Done At All
- Focus Is Nothing More Than Eliminating Distractions
- Have A Personal System
- Define Your Goals The Night Before
Let me know your thoughts!
